Job Description:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads at the lowest possible Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
  • Manage landing pages, lead forms, and campaign tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
  • Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
  • Research new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and cost targets.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of campaign metrics.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
