Job Description
Manage shift operations & operate Pyrolysis Machine Plant.
Plant & Shift Operations: Lead and manage full shift operations, operate the Pyrolysis Machine Plant smoothly, and supervise shift workers.
Electrical Maintenance: Perform all plant electrical maintenance, repair electrical breakdowns, and execute routine electrical inspections.
Control Panel & PLC Handling: Safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Electrical Control Panels and PLC systems.
Shift & Plant Operations: Take full ownership of shift execution, operate the Pyrolysis Machine Plant safely, and manage shift personnel.
Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshoot electrical breakdowns, and inspect motors, wiring, and plant circuits.
Control Panel & PLC Operations: Monitor and safely operate Electrical Control Panels and PLC systems during shift operations.
.Reporting & Logs: Maintain daily shift operation logs, record production data, and log breakdown/maintenance activities.
Safety Protocols: Enforce strict electrical and plant safety guidelines during the shift.
