Account Executive (Accounting)

* Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or Excel)

* Financial Management

   (Maintain daily cash, bank,  and online transaction   records.)

* Prepare and record sales from ticketing, rides and rental areas.

* Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

* Revenue & Expense Control

  (Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue.)

* Monitor operational expenses and budget utilization.

* Verify vendor bills and process payments.

* Control petty cash and maintain expense records.

* Preparing and maintaining financial records

* Managing accounts payable and receivable

* Preparing financial statements and reports

* Providing recommendations to improve profitability

* Forecasting revenues and expense

* Organizing invoices, receipts, and financial documents

* Strong numerical and analytical skills required
