Relationship Manager - AHF
Business Development & Sales
- Generate Affordable Housing Loan leads through direct sales activities.
- Source new customers through field visits, referrals, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
- Promote housing loan products and cross-sell other financial products.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Provide end-to-end assistance during the loan application process.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely query resolution.
Channel Partner Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and connectors.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to generate business opportunities.
- Organize marketing activities and customer acquisition campaigns.
Loan Processing & Documentation
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company policies.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure accurate data submission and compliance with KYC norms.
- Track application status and facilitate timely sanction and disbursement.
Portfolio Quality & Compliance
- Maintain portfolio quality by sourcing eligible customers.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor customer repayment behavior and support collection teams when required.
