Timely legal Initiation:
Sarfaesi: -
Sending of Sec.13(2) notice- TAT 10 days of referral - PP within 20 days from the date of notice - as applicable
Sec.13(4) notice -symbolic possession - PP - TAT 15 days after Sec.13(2) Notice Period
Arbitration:-
Within TAT - as per process note

Filing within TAT
Against Bank Matters - Crises Management - Effective monitoring, Sending  Loan Recovery Notice for defaulters
Reply to Legal Notice from Advocate / RBI and other legal activities
