Field Sales Executive



Location: Warangal, Telangana

Job Summary


Tapza is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, generating leads, demonstrating our services, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires frequent field visits and regular follow-ups with clients.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers and businesses in assigned territories.
  • Generate new leads through field activities and direct client interactions.
  • Explain Tapza's products and services to prospective customers.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Update daily reports and customer data using company software and Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements


  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and desktop operations.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and other basic office applications.
  • Ability to learn and use business software and CRM tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.


Preferred Skills


  • Sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
