## Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Boy to ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate should have good navigation skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle deliveries efficiently while following company policies.

## Key Responsibilities

* Pick up and deliver products to customers safely and on time.

* Verify delivery items with invoices before dispatch.

* Collect customer signatures or proof of delivery.

* Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and submit collected cash as per company procedures.

* Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports.

* Communicate with customers regarding delivery status when required.

* Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage during transportation.

* Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

* Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

* Adhere to traffic rules and company safety guidelines.

* Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle problems to the supervisor immediately.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (SSLC) or equivalent.

* Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).

* Own two-wheeler preferred (if applicable).

* Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.

* Prior delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.

## Required Skills

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Time management and punctuality.

* Honest, reliable, and responsible.

* Ability to work independently.

* Basic smartphone knowledge for delivery applications.
