What You Will Do:

Find New leads: Use local advertising to find people looking to buy plots.

Build & Lead a Team: Hire, train, and manage a team of agents to sell plots.

Study the Market: Find out what kind of plots people in Warangal want and at what price they are willing to pay.

Grow Sales: Plan and run marketing activities to hit our sales targets.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience in selling real estate (especially land/plots).

* Good knowledge of the Warangal area.

* Ability to lead people and help them perform well.

* Good at planning and tracking sales results day to day
