About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Field Sales Executive to promote our real estate projects in the Mathura and Vrindavan market. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, generating leads, interacting with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing activities for real estate projects.

- Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials in targeted areas.

- Visit potential customers and generate new leads.

- Interact with customers and explain project details, features, and benefits.

- Identify potential locations and opportunities for local marketing.

- Maintain regular follow-up with generated leads and potential clients.

- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for lead conversion and site visits.

- Maintain daily records of field activities and customer interactions.

- Submit daily activity reports to the Sales Manager.

- Help build strong local market awareness for company projects.

- Achieve assigned lead generation and client visit targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Age: Up to 30 years.

- Education: Graduation in any stream.

- Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate Sales/Marketing preferred.

- Bike: Must have a personal bike/two-wheeler.

- Local Candidate: Candidate must be from Mathura or Vrindavan.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and comfortable with field work.

- Ability to interact with customers and generate leads.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/- per month.

- Incentive: ₹100/- per client visit, performance-based.

- Weekly Off: Tuesday.
