Dhruthi Academy is looking for energetic and highly driven Telecallers / Admission Counsellors who are interested in building a career in the education sector.

Who can apply?

✅ Candidates with telecalling, counselling or sales experience in:

• Schools and junior colleges
• JEE / NEET coaching institutes
• K-12 education companies
• Online education platforms
• EdTech companies such as Physics Wallah, BYJU’S, Vedantu, Unacademy, Aakash or similar organisations

Candidates with experience in handling Class 11, Class 12, JEE, NEET or Intermediate students and parents will be preferred.

Confident freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.

Salary & Incentives💰 Monthly earning potential: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000

• Fixed salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000
• Monthly performance incentive: Up to ₹5,000
• Additional sales-based incentives for high performers

Working Hours🕘 Flexible shift options:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective students and parents
• Explain Dhruthi Academy’s courses and benefits
• Generate walk-ins and counselling appointments
• Follow up with interested leads
• Support the admission and enrolment process
• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records
• Achieve monthly calling, walk-in and admission targets
• We are looking for someone who is:Confident and energetic
• Comfortable speaking with students and parents
• Target-oriented and highly driven
• Good at follow-ups and relationship building
• Fluent in Telugu and able to communicate in basic English
• Interested in growing in the education and admissions field
