Job Description

Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic telecallers who can speak confidently with customers over the phone, explain our farmland ,residential projects and generate leads for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers from the given database.
  • Explain project details clearly and answer customer questions.
  • Fix appointments for the sales team to meet interested customers.
  • Maintain call records and follow up with leads regularly.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi/English.
  • Basic knowledge of using a smartphone or computer.
  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive attitude.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Salary:

  • Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance.

Working Hours:

  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
