Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
• MBA or relevant degree preferred

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
