Position: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – Belimo ProductsWe are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Sales Executive to promote and develop business for Belimo HVAC control products including:

  • Control Valves
  • Pressure Independent Control Valves (PICV)
  • Energy Valves
  • Damper Actuators
  • Fire & Smoke Actuators
  • Sensors & Meters
  • HVAC Automation Solutions
  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities in HVAC and building automation sectors
  • Promote Belimo products to consultants, MEP contractors, OEMs, panel builders, and end users
  • Identify upcoming projects and maintain project tracking database
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Consultant & Contractor HandlingVisit consultants for product approvals and technical discussions
  • Coordinate with contractors and procurement teams for order closures
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Technical SupportUnderstand project specifications, BOQs, and HVAC drawings
  • Recommend suitable Belimo products based on application requirements
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations and submittals
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams
  • Project ManagementFollow up on enquiries, approvals, quotations, and orders
  • Monitor project stages from enquiry to payment collection
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
  • Market IntelligenceTrack competitor activities and pricing trends
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  • Required QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or HVAC Engineering
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
  • Experience RequiredSales Executive1–3 years experience in HVAC / MEP / BMS sales
  • Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer3–8 years experience in HVAC controls or automation industry

Preferred experience with:

  • HVAC Valves & Actuators
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • HVAC Controls
  • Automation Products
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of HVAC systems and applications
  • Understanding of control valves and actuators
  • Ability to read HVAC drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation and customer handling ability
  • Experience in consultant and project sales
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
