Job Description

Sales (ARENA)

Designation: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, events, digital inquiries, and field activities.
  • Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
  • Conduct product presentations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, variants, accessories, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.

Job Specification

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

  • 0–3 years in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.

Skills Required

  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Driving skills with a valid driving license.

  • Designation: Sales Executive 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers according to NEXA customer experience standards.
  • Conduct detailed need assessments.
  • Demonstrate premium vehicle features and technology.
  • Arrange test drives and product presentations.
  • Promote finance, insurance, accessories, and extended warranty products.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the buying journey.
  • Manage leads through CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales and CSI targets.
  • Support showroom events and marketing campaigns.
