About gatePass.Ai is a gated-community management platform that helps apartments and RWAs manage visitor entry, security, residents, maintenance, payments, notices, and community operations through a digital platform.

Role: We are looking for an energetic Junior Business Development Executive who can generate leads, meet apartment/RWA representatives, demonstrate gatePass.Ai, and support the team in converting societies into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads from apartments, gated communities, RWAs, builders, and property managers.
• Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Visit apartments and gated communities for lead generation and meetings.
• Coordinate and conduct basic product demonstrations.
• Explain gatePass.Ai features and business benefits to RWA representatives and decision-makers.
• Maintain daily follow-ups with prospects.
• Update lead, meeting, demo, and conversion information in the company's CRM/tracking system.
• Coordinate with the implementation/support team after a society is closed.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Build relationships with RWA members, association representatives, facility managers, and security teams.
• Preferred Candidate0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, real estate, telecom, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or similar roles.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and mobile applications.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Local-language communication is an advantage.
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable travelling locally.
