Purchase Executive

Procurement Executive responsible for end-to-end procurement - identifying vendors, purchasing materials, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery. The role combines field travel for supplier coordination with office-based tasks like PO processing, documentation, and follow-ups. Suitable for someone practical, organized, and comfortable handling both site and desk work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials as per the requirement
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers
• Negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)
• Visit suppliers/markets for sourcing and verification
• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with stores for GRN and material receipt
• Verify invoices with PO and delivery details
• Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
• Resolve supply delays or quality issues with vendors
• Provide regular purchase status reports to manager

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma

Experience: 1 to 2 Years
