Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Planning the production schedule for both Fabrication, Assembly sections.
• Implement, monitor & control the production schedule.
• Determine the human and material resources requirements for all sections.
• Organize, monitor the workflow in the subdivisions to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Train, Supervise and manage the Junior staffs and Production workers.
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
• Determine and ensure the production output meets as per the Quality control Standards.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
• Estimate cost, prepare budgets and implement cost effective method in various division of production.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
• Assessing the development needs in the components as well as Product and provide suggestion / input to the R&D  
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between departments including Procurement, R&D and Service.
• Interviewing & selecting the talented personnel for the Production team
• Organize, repair and routine maintenance of Production equipment.
• Timely report to Top management
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
