Job Description

Oaks Overseas Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Overseas Senior Administration Officer to oversee administrative operations, enhance staff productivity, and integrate modern tools such as AI into daily workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning staff training sessions, improving organizational efficiency, and supporting international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations related to overseas consultancy services
  • Coordinate with international clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Design and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline operations, reporting, and communication
  • Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for staff on new tools, processes, and performance improvement
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and workflow documentation
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance for professional development
  • Assist in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with international documentation and administrative standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in overseas consultancy or similar sector
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with AI tools and digital platforms
  • Excellent designing skills (presentations, workflows, training materials)
  • Ability to plan and execute staff training sessions effectively
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern administrative software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in overseas education or immigration consultancy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
