HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Apollo Pharmacy retail operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for pharmacist and non-pharmacist roles while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding 

Plan and execute field recruitment drives across cities, clusters, and districts 

Conduct campus recruitment drives for pharmacist hiring

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local networks 

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments 

Coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews and selection

Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower budget

Manage walk-ins, job fairs, and bulk hiring activities

Provide excellent candidate experience and onboarding support

Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports

Conduct background verification and documentation process

Handle new joiner engagement and grievance support

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: MBA HR / MHRM / Any Graduate with recruitment experience

Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment (Retail) 

Experience in pharmacy / retail hiring will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in field recruitment / bulk hiring

Ability to handle multiple locations or clusters

Strong understanding of retail manpower requirements

Target-driven and able to work under pressure

Work Details

Working Days: 6 days/week
