Job Summary

Rupeek Fintech is looking for experienced Gold Loan Executives with a strong background in the Gold Loan industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in gold loan sales, gold valuation, customer acquisition, and loan processing. Only candidates with prior Gold Loan experience are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire customers for Gold Loan products.

Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments accurately.

Process Gold Loan applications, KYC, and documentation.

Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options.

Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.

Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Gold Loan industry (Mandatory).

Experience in Gold Loan NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions is required.

Hands-on experience in Gold Valuation and Gold Loan Sales.

Basic English communication skills.

Both Male & Female candidates can apply.

Candidates residing within 25 km of the job location are preferred.
