### Compensation & Benefits

**Monthly CTC:** ₹41,130

**Annual CTC:** ₹4,93,560

**Net In-Hand Salary:** ₹32,180 per month

### Key Responsibilities

1. Visit retail outlets and collect details of ARB (NFR) activities.

2. Develop and maintain a database of existing and vacant ARB (NFR) spaces, including photographs, area details, and partner information.

3. Manage existing ARB (NFR) partners and strengthen business relationships.

4. Identify and onboard suitable partners for vacant ARB (NFR) spaces.

5. Follow up and recover outstanding payments from partners.

6. Collect TDS certificates from ARB (NFR) partners.

7. Coordinate with the Regional Engineering & Accounts Officer for:

  * Invoice preparation

  * Account reconciliation

8. Handle any other ARB (NFR) related activities assigned by the organization.
