Job Description
- Develop new customers and generate new sales enquiries in the assigned territory.
- Visit customers, contractors, consultants, industries, builders, and project sites regularly.
- Promote and sell the company’s products such as Transformers, Generators, Cables, UPS, Stabilizers and other electrical products.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the office/technical team for suitable product and pricing.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations until order confirmation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Identify upcoming projects and track potential business opportunities in the market.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
- Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for payment follow-up and order execution.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding quotations, delivery, documentation, and after-sales requirements.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required for customer meetings and business development.
