Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Manager Job Overview :We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and manage our team of Field Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales challenges , monitoring daily field activities, and ensuring the team maintains high productivity in door-to-door and direct field marketing campaigns.


  • Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of male and female Field Sales Executives.
  • Challenge Achievement: Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales challenge for the team and ensure they are consistently met.
  • Field Monitoring: Accompany the team on the field regularly to monitor performance, provide on-ground training, and handle complex customer interactions.
  • Strategy Planning: Identify potential areas/locations for door-to-door activities and plan effective route strategies for the team.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly sales and attendance reports and present team performance updates to the HR and Management.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address on-field challenges faced by executives and keep team morale high despite rejections.
  • Salary & Compensation:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and capability)
  • Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-based team incentives.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Graduation / Any Degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales/Direct Marketing, with at least 1–2 years of experience managing a sales team. (Experience in real estate, banking, or insurance is an added advantage).
  • Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to handle a team, drive performance, and reduce team attrition.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in Telugu and English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle field rejections, customer grievances, and strategic planning on the go.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of reporting tools (MS Excel/Google Sheets), tracking apps, and smart device usage.
