Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, and team management of ETOR Ventures branches in Vizianagaram and Srikakulam. The role focuses on driving business growth, ensuring smooth branch functioning, and maintaining strong coordination with head office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end operations of the branch efficiently.

* Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth for the branch.

* Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and operations team.

* Develop and implement local marketing and promotional strategies.

* Ensure excellent customer relationship management and client satisfaction.

* Monitor daily activities, performance, and productivity of staff.

* Coordinate with head office and other departments for smooth operations.

* Maintain proper documentation, reports, and branch records.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the region.

* Submit regular performance reports to senior management / CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Sales-driven mindset with target achievement focus

* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Knowledge of local market (VZM & SKLM) is an advantage

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools)

Experience:

* 2–5 years of experience in branch management / sales management

* Experience in real estate, agriculture ventures, or related fields is preferred.
