Accounts Executive

1.Generation of tax invoices against daily dispatches along with e-invoices and e-way bills in Business Central.

2. Maintaining reports which includes both stock sales and bond sales of various vessels.

3. Coordination with transporters and clients regarding issuance of invoice related documents.

4. Reconciliation of branch stock reports with yard reports and with H.O reports.

5. Assisting with auditors and department officials regarding any notices and orders.

6. Proper documentation of sales, purchases, cash, audit reports, notices & acknowledgements.

7. Assisting for any other matters that H.O needed.
