Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers via calls to schedule high quality leads for sales.
• Make approximately 250 outbound calls per day. 
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion.
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.

Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
