Position: Real Estate Sales Closer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into successful property bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to guide clients through the entire sales process and close deals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

Present project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to clients.

Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits.

Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

Negotiate terms and facilitate smooth deal closures.

Guide customers through the booking and documentation process.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills:
