Raw Material Officer – ConstructionJob Description:
- Manage procurement of construction raw materials as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, delivery, and follow-ups.
- Maintain stock records and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Check material quality, quantity, and invoices.
- Compare rates and negotiate with suppliers.
- Maintain purchase records and coordinate with Site, Stores & Accounts teams.
- Ensure materials are purchased within approved budgets and timelines.
Key Skills: Construction material knowledge, vendor management, negotiation, purchase coordination, MS Excel, and inventory management.
