Hiring: Tele Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Manager to lead our telecalling team and drive sales for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the tele sales team.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound calls.
• Follow up with prospective customers and schedule site visits.
• Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Train, motivate, and coach telecalling executives.
• Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in tele sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead or manager role.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Location: Vijayawada / Hyderabad
