Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
  • Explain property projects, prices, locations, amenities, and payment options.
  • Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and property type.
  • Generate interest and convert leads into qualified prospects.
  • Follow up regularly with interested customers.
  • Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
