Job Title: Telecaller – GCC / International Recruitment

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and mails to Vendors (at PAN INDIA level) regarding on going Open vacancies in GCC and other international markets.

Make outbound calls and mails to candidates regarding overseas job opportunities in GCC and other international markets.

Explain job requirements, salary packages, benefits, and recruitment processes to Vendors and Candidates

Screen candidates based on client requirements and assess their suitability for available positions.

Maintain regular follow-up with Vendors & candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Coordinate with recruitment vendors, sourcing partners, and manpower suppliers to obtain suitable candidate profiles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruitment partners. Generate candidate leads through databases, referrals, social media, and job portals. Schedule interviews, trade tests, and client interactions.

Update candidate information and call records in recruitment databases.

Track Vendor & candidate responses and provide daily recruitment status reports. Ensure timely collection of candidate documents and required information.

Support recruitment teams in achieving hiring targets and project deadlines by Thorough follow up with Vendors and Candidates

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC/International Recruitment, Telecalling, or Vendor Coordination.

Experience working with overseas recruitment agencies or manpower consultancy firms preferred.

Strong communication (English & Hindi Mandatory) and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.

Working with multiple recruitment vendors and sourcing channels.

Experience in bulk hiring and mass recruitment projects.
