Job Title: Team Manager – Sales & Email Marketing


Location: Vijayawada

Job Summary


The Team Manager will lead the sales and marketing coordination function, with direct responsibility for driving business through email marketing campaigns and supporting the sales team in lead conversion. This role ensures that email campaigns generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing Performance (Primary Ownership)

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting domestic and international buyers

Manage prospect databases (builders, architects, importers, dealers)

Monitor campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, inquiries)

Optimize subject lines, content, and targeting for better results

Ensure regular follow-ups and nurture campaigns

Manage the KPIs/ KRAs of the Team Members.


👉 Important: The Team Manager is directly responsible for the performance of email marketing, including lead generation and engagement results.


2. Sales Team Coordination

Work closely with the sales team to convert email leads into customers

Assign and track leads generated through campaigns

Monitor sales pipeline and follow-up activities

Support negotiations and client communication when required

3. Team Leadership

Manage and guide marketing executives / coordinators

Set targets for lead generation and conversions

Train team members on CRM tools and email platforms

Conduct performance reviews

4. Client Relationship Management

Build relationships with international and domestic clients

Ensure timely responses to inquiries

Maintain customer database and communication history

5. Reporting & Strategy

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on:

Email campaign performance

Leads generated

Conversion rates

Suggest improvements based on data insights

Align marketing efforts with sales targets

Required Skills

Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)

Knowledge of B2B sales (preferably export market)

Data analysis and performance tracking

Leadership and team handling skills

Excellent communication (written & verbal)

Qualifications

MBA / Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field

3–7 years experience in sales/marketing (granite/export industry preferred)
