SHOWROOM MANAGERLocation: Vijayawada

Experience: 1+ years in showroom management / sales / retail

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
• Welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
• Handle walk-in customers and generate sales leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue growth.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales, design, accounts, and project teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain showroom displays, product presentations, and overall showroom appearance.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, enquiry details, and follow-up status.
• Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate for stock requirements.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide showroom staff to improve sales and customer service.
• Ensure proper discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards within the showroom.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
• Prior experience in interior, furniture, home décor, retail, or related industries will be an advantage.
