Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role involves team management, sales planning, customer relationship management, and dealership profitability.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
  • Generate retail, exchange, and corporate sales opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
  • Team ManagementRecruit, train, motivate, and mentor Sales Executives.
  • Conduct daily morning meetings and review sales performance.
  • Assign daily leads and monitor follow-up activities.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
