• Drive two-wheeler sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies to improve vehicle retail and market share.
• Monitor showroom sales performance and ensure smooth sales operations.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.

5.Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
• Identify potential markets and generate new customer enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.
• Drive vehicle finance, insurance and other value-added product sales.

6. Team Handling & Leadership

• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Allocate targets and monitor individual team members' performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and training.
• Improve team productivity through performance monitoring and coaching.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company sales processes.

7. Sales Target Achievement

• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily enquiries, bookings, conversions and vehicle deliveries.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Take corrective actions to improve sales performance wherever required.
• Coordinate with management to achieve overall business objectives.
