Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a target-oriented LAP Officer to generate business for Loan Against Property products. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, identifying potential borrowers, coordinating loan documentation, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and source customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) loans.
• Identify potential customers through direct marketing, field visits, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Conduct customer visits and collect necessary KYC, income, and property-related documents.
• Assess preliminary customer eligibility and property details before submitting loan applications.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.
• Follow up on applications to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, DSAs, and other referral partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy business pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and applicable lending guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Any Graduate;
• Experience in LAP, mortgage loans, home loans, or other secured lending products is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, basic credit assessment, and property-related documents.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and customer acquisition.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
