Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of the diagnostic laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, documentation, billing, and data entry.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate the procurement of lab supplies.
- Coordinate with lab technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support patient queries and ensure smooth lab operations.
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: ITI
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a diagnostic lab or healthcare industry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
