Job Title: Fleet on Street (FOS) Executive

Department: Sales

Location: On-ground / Field-based



Role Overview


The Fleet on Street (FOS) Executive is a frontline sales professional responsible for driving revenue through direct, on-ground engagement. The role focuses on lead generation, product promotion, and conversion by interacting with medical students, coaching aspirants, colleges, and other stakeholders within the medical education ecosystem.



Eligibility Criteria


* Education: Graduate (mandatory)

* Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (preferably in Ed-Tech or similar industry)



Key Responsibilities (KRAs)


1. Field Sales Execution


* Execute sales activities as per assigned beat plans

* Drive course enrollments, app downloads, and subscription sales

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


2. Lead Generation & Prospecting


* Identify and approach potential customers including:

  * Medical students

  * Coaching aspirants

  * Colleges and bookstores

* Utilize provided data along with cold visits and outreach methods


3. Product Pitch & Conversion


* Effectively communicate DAMS offerings, pricing, and benefits

* Demonstrate product value and support systems

* Convert prospects into paying customers


4. CRM & Data Reporting


* Capture and maintain accurate data on:

* Leads and contact details

* Interaction and engagement status

* Update the CRM system and TopHawks app on a daily basis


5. On-ground Marketing Activities


* Execute field marketing initiatives such as:

  * Canopy activities

  * Campus promotions

  * Poster placements and demo sessions

* Distribute marketing materials including flyers and brochures


6. Client Onboarding Support


* Assist customers with:

  * Account creation

  * App onboarding

  * Document uploads

* Ensure a seamless transition into the DAMS platform


7. Relationship Building


* Build and maintain strong relationships with:

  * College representatives

  * Student influencers and ambassadors

  * Student groups for bulk enrollments


8. Reporting & Compliance


* Submit daily activity reports and performance updates

* Track and report conversions, app downloads, and revenue

* Provide geo-tagged proof of field activities

* Number of leads generated daily

* Conversion rate

* App downloads and subscriptions

* Revenue contribution per FOS

* Adherence to activity plans and reporting standards
