1. Field Sales Execution

Work as per assigned beat plan

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and approach:

Medical students

Coaching aspirants

Colleges & bookstores

Cold visits & outreach


3. Product Pitch & Conversion

Explain:

DAMS offerings

Benefits & pricing

Support systems

Convert prospects into paying users


4. CRM & Data Reporting

Capture:

Leads

Contact details

Engagement status

Update TopHawks app & CRM daily


5. On-ground Marketing Activities

Execute:

Canopy activities

Campus promotions

Poster placements

Demo sessions

Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)


6. Client Onboarding Support

Assist in:

Account creation

App onboarding

Document uploads

Ensure smooth handover to DAMS system


7. Relationship Building

Build network with:

College representatives

Influencers / ambassadors

Student groups (bulk sales focus)


8. Daily Reporting & Compliance

Submit:

Daily activity reports

Conversion data

App download stats

Share geo-tagged proof of activities
