Training & App Setup: Educate new driver-partners on how to use the Porter Driver App, understand order flows, and manage their earnings.

Activation & Retention: Ensure newly onboarded drivers take their first few trips and provide necessary support so they remain active on the platform.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for vehicle attachment and partner onboarding
