Job Type: Full-Time (Subject to a Competitive 1-Week Trial Period)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a driven, high-performing District Sales Manager to lead our district sales operations and drive student enrollments in the Vijayawada region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, training, and scaling an entire district team of admission counselors to hit aggressive growth targets. To ensure we select the absolute best leader for this fast-paced role, all candidates will undergo a competitive one-week trial period.
- The Minimum: You must secure a minimum of 2 successful enrollments during this week to qualify.
- The Selection: This is a performance-based hiring process. The permanent position will be awarded exclusively to the candidate who achieves the highest total number of enrollments during the trial week.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Hire, train, manage, and motivate a high-volume team of admission counselors across the Vijayawada district.
- Target Achievement: Take full ownership of district-wide enrollment quotas and design strategies to consistently meet or exceed them.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily metrics, conduct pipeline reviews, and provide hands-on coaching to underperforming team members.
- Field Operations: Travel extensively across the assigned district to oversee regional operations, close high-value leads, and build local partnerships.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports to the directors.
- Requirements & QualificationsProven experience in sales management, specifically leading large outbound sales teams or admission counselors.
- Experience in the EdTech, IT coaching, or higher education sector is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams under competitive pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Vijayawada district and surrounding areas.
- Compensation & PerksCompetitive Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹80,000 per month (commensurate with experience and finalized upon trial completion).
