About the Role

Srikara Spaces and Structures is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its online presence, promote real estate and construction projects, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's projects and services.

- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate quality leads.

- Develop lead-generation strategies for property sales, project promotions, and customer inquiries.

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, promotional creatives, and campaign content.

- Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and website performance monitoring.

- Manage Google Business Profile (GMB), local SEO, and online reputation management.

- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and advertising budgets.

- Analyze marketing results using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and improve conversion rates.

- Research competitors, market trends, and digital marketing opportunities in the real estate sector.

- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Experience in lead generation and paid campaign management.

- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.

- Understanding of real estate digital marketing and local lead-generation strategies.

- Familiarity with Canva or other creative design tools.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.

- Good communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

- Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or property marketing.

- Candidates with practical experience managing advertising campaigns and generating leads will be preferred.

- Freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered, depending on company requirements.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
