Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing customer queries effectively via phone, chat, or email.
- Issue Resolution: Provide prompt, accurate solutions to customer inquiries regarding banking, financial services, and insurance products.
- Process Management: Maintain accurate conversation records and update candidate/customer information in the system.
- Quality & Targets: Adhere to quality guidelines, operational standards, and target timelines.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduate degree (Required).
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
- Language & Communication: Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Skills Preferred: Voice Process, Domestic/International BPO experience, Non-Voice/Chat/Blended processes.
