Collection Executive / Officer

¨    Responsible for monthly collections from the assigned accounts in the specified area/line.

¨    Comply with the Organization’s Credit Policy, terms, limits, penalties etc., in the workplace.

¨    Implement management’s strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt/EMIs from the customers.

¨    Initiate reconciliation discussion with defaulting customers for loan period extensions or refinancing, or vehicle seizures etc., to minimize the organization’s potential loss of income.
