Job Description
- Coordinate new store setup, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Supervise interior fit-out and basic civil construction activities at project sites.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Obtain multiple quotations and perform price comparisons to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, workmanship, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Store Teams.
- Verify vendor bills and work completion before processing payments.
- Ensure availability of materials and timely delivery to project sites.
- Maintain project documentation, including BOQs, quotations, work orders, invoices, and progress reports.
- Resolve site-related issues by coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines during project execution.
