📝 Job Description:

We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in field sales and looking to build a career in the business loan segment. The role involves customer acquisition, field visits, lead generation, and achieving assigned sales targets.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience

• Strong interest in field sales and financial products

• Willingness to travel and work in the field

• Minimum CIBIL score: 650 (mandatory)

• Age: 18–35 years

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,400 – ₹20,800 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month (based on performance)

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
