Job Description

  1. Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
  2. Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and available offers.
  3. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives for prospective customers.
  4. Generate new customer leads through walk-ins, references, field activities and digital platforms.
  5. Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp to convert leads into sales.
  6. Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  7. Explain finance options, exchange offers, insurance and other value-added services.
  8. Coordinate with the finance, insurance, CRM and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
  9. Maintain customer information, daily sales reports and lead follow-up records.
  10. Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
