Job Description

We are hiring an Area Sales Head (ASH) to drive franchise expansion and market development across assigned territories (Warrangal, Tirupati, Viajayada) in one of India’s fastest-growing sectors—the well-being and generic medicine industry. This role is ideal for high-performance sales professionals who can build markets from scratch, generate and convert franchise leads, and ensure successful onboarding and early-stage activation of franchise partners. The ASH will be responsible for identifying high-potential locations, pitching the business opportunity, closing franchise deals, and working closely with Franchise Development Managers (FDMs) to ensure timely store launches and operational readiness. A key part of the role is driving early business success through welcome stock placement and initial revenue generation while maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners. The position also involves managing and guiding field teams, ensuring execution discipline, and achieving consistent expansion targets across the territory. Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience in sales, dealer development, or franchise expansion, preferably in industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or similar sectors, along with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, and a high level of comfort with field-based roles.
