Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to drive field sales, manage distributor networks, lead a sales team, and expand our market presence in the assigned territory.




Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Achieve monthly and annual territory sales targets.
  • Manage Network: Appoint and handle local dealers, distributors, and retail networks.
  • Lead Team: Train, motivate, and track the daily performance of field sales executives.
  • Market Growth: Conduct regular market visits to acquire new clients and identify growth opportunities.
