We are seeking a dynamic candidate with 3-4 years of previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager, who can build strong relationships, manage field sales and drive growth across Tora Tori business verticals.
This role blends B2B, B2C, HNI Engagement, Content Creation, Event Management, Portfolio Management and Business Development, making it ideal for candidates passionate about sales, marketing & management.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years as a Sales Manager
- Skills:
- Excellent Presentation, Communication, Oratory, and Relationship Management
- Strong Time Sense, discipline, and follow-through
- Ability to conduct video interviews, workshops, and awareness sessions
- Passion: Sales, marketing, Field Engagement & Relationship Management
- Assets: Must own a laptop and bike
- Location: Must be a localite of Vijayapura
- Network: Strong rapport with Professionals, Business, Industrialists, etc,.
- Personality: Energetic, proactive, confident, and camera-friendly

1. PMS: Offer Portfolio Management Services to HNI segment
2. MAP: Cover Medical Awareness Project
3. Digital City Partnership: Offer & Convert HNI segment
4. Brand Shots: Account Development with Subscription
5. App Downloads: Plan & Execute Mass Downloads
6. ADS: Offer, Convert & Manage Advertisement Revenue
7. Content: Connect, Create & Manage Content for App
